Three words describe Nicola Brown's textile practice; simple, natural, crafted.
She's passionate about helping new eco printers and those wishing to work in a more environmentally mindful way, go from overwhelmed and frustrated to empowered, confident and creating beautifully colourful textiles, time after time.
Since starting to develop a sustainable, health conscious and environmentally mindful way of working, Nicola has planted over 13500 trees on her property and laid out large printing and natural dye borders. These support a diverse selection of butterflies, insects, birds and mammals which help convey the wider ecological aspect of her practice.
